We begin with a comprehensive assessment conducted by our healthcare team to understand each resident’s medical history, personal preferences, and lifestyle needs. Based on this, we create a personalised care plan that is regularly reviewed and adjusted as needed.

Our residents enjoy a variety of activities designed to enrich their physical, mental, and social well-being. This includes fitness classes, art and craft sessions, music and entertainment, social gatherings, and more. Resident safety is our top priority. We have comprehensive safety protocols including 24-hour staff presence, emergency call systems in each room, secure entrances and exits, and regular safety drills. Our staff are trained in emergency response and first aid.
